These terms govern use of the trascript app by people who use it in English. They are written for the United States. They do not waive consumer-protection rights of your state of residence that the law does not allow a contract to waive. The company is Global Solutions Tech LLC, formed and based in Sheridan, Wyoming.

2. Acceptance
By installing and using trascript, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy for the current language. If you do not agree, do not use the app and uninstall it.
3. The service
trascript listens to audio on this device and returns the matching text. Transcription is free and unlimited. AI analysis is a separate feature: each analysis spends 1 credit and returns a reading, a summary, corrected text, a reply when one is needed, and actions.
The account is the device itself. We do not ask for your name, email, or password in order to transcribe. The identifier ties credits to this phone.
4. What we do not keep
We do not store any audio or any text. The recording, the file, the transcript, and the analysis result stay on this device. We cannot give that content back later, because we do not receive it in order to keep it.
If you uninstall the app, you lose the history. Local audio, transcripts, and analyses are deleted with the app data and we cannot recover them.
5. Credits, purchases, and consumption
We store credit purchase and consumption data: product, store, receipt, status, date, balance, and movements. That is the commercial record, not the audio content.
- Transcription does not spend a credit.
- 1 credit equals 1 AI analysis.
- Plan credits renew on the period you buy. A yearly plan is charged as the offer shown at purchase.
- Promotional credits may exist without a purchase, and using them is still consumption.
- If an analysis does not finish because of our failure, the credit for that attempt is returned.
- Payment is made in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Price, renewal, and refunds of the charge follow the store rules. We do not receive the full card number.
Credits are not money, do not earn interest, and cannot be transferred to another person. They exist to use analysis in this service.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use trascript lawfully. You may not:
- use the app to break into an account, to commit fraud or harassment, or to violate someone else’s rights;
- try to pull data from other devices, break the session, or bypass credit counting;
- redistribute the app or the brand as if they were yours.
You are responsible for the audio you choose to transcribe and for having the right to listen to it. Generated text is a reading aid. Check names, numbers, dates, and amounts before you act or send a reply.
7. Ownership
The app, the trascript brand, and the interface belong to Global Solutions Tech LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your device.
The audio and the text are yours. Because we do not store them, we do not take a license to archive them. Sending text once to produce an analysis does not transfer ownership of that text to us.
8. Availability
On-device transcription depends on the device, the audio, and the installed library. Analysis depends on a credit, a connection, and the model provider. We may fix failures, change future plans, and stop abuse. A purchase already paid remains governed by the offer accepted in the store and by these terms.
9. Warranties and liability
trascript is a support tool. Transcription and analysis can miss a word, a tone, or context. We are not a party to the original conversation.
To the extent Wyoming law and the mandatory law of your state allow, the app is provided as available, and we are not liable for lost profits from a decision made only on generated text, or for history lost when you uninstall. This limit does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any harm a statute does not allow a contract to limit. Nothing here cuts off a non-waivable warranty on a paid credit purchase.
10. Law and venue
These terms, for English-language use in the United States, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would send the dispute somewhere else, except where the consumer-protection law of your state of residence must apply. Subject to that exception, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You and the company consent to personal jurisdiction there for disputes that are allowed to be brought in that venue.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies when published in the API and in the app, with the effective date. If a change reduces a right you already paid for, you may stop using analysis and follow the store rules for the subscription. The English version is the one shown when the current language is English.
